Birads3 category of breast lump make a confusion and should be labelled after full diagnostic work up like MRI etc. If necessary true cut biopsy to be done to establish the diagnosis. After establishing diagnosis local excision of the lump followed by biopsy Regular check up if necessary with all diagnostic modalities.
