Nipple pain
14 Year old male.. Complaint of bilateral nipple pain since 1 year. Stitching pain in both nipple, on touch retracts and ameliorated by cold applications. Please advice, Diagnosis and management Physical Examination Prominent veins around nipple. On touch benign tumors like growth inside nipple Diagnosis Suspected gynecomastia.
Due to breast bud formation during puberty... Stitching pain < by touch > by cold -- Bryonia seems indicated
It's a age of Puberty...where in this age Hormal changes occur ..... puls can work nicely in such type of cases...
