50 Y/ M was having numerous papular rashes all over the body , face and also having a history of micaceous scales from the site of lesions, besides this he is having itching sensation. He doesn't have Diabetes mellitus (had done investigation several times). The patient had received Methotrexate , Steroids, various anti fungal and antibiotics for past 10 years. According to the patient after using of steroids the lesion change into black colour like in the picture. Please help to diagnose the case and suggest the treatment
