DD Fatty liver due to alcohol, dyslipedemia, prediabetes. Metabolic syndrome , since there is obesity and hyperuricemia. Needs LFT, lipid profile , diabetic profile, viral hepatitis profile , serum insulin ,and liver fibro scan. Rule out HTN Correction of underlying problem, Ursedeoxy choliic acid, hepatoprotectives,
Is he consuming alcohol Alcoholic / Non alcoholic Fatty liver pathology. CT Scan abdomen. Consult Herpetologist.
Obese pt with deranged LFTS ie raised AST /ALT Suggest fatty infiltration liver of gr2 NASH To be evaluated
Fatty liver go for chlosterol level and thyroid profile tab udilive for 1 month
