OJ due to GB pathology

46/M, no comorbidities Chief Complaints 1 month h/o pain abdomen in RHC 3 weeks h/o jaundice History History of pain abdomen in January and February 2020 when he was told to have GB calculi and was planned for surgery but could not be done due to COVID pandemic. Currently he was admitted in a cancer hospital and underwent CT which was showing a 2.5 cm soft tissue mass in GB neck causing CBD compression and was referred to us. Investigations Bilirubin= 10/8, OT/PT = 56/45, ALP = 650. The patient underwent a MRCP attached below. Management What is the diagnosis and what should be the management?
