old age pt has small folliculitis at medial canthus 3days back . she scratch it so it got opened and dischared . so I prescrine local and oral antibiotic and antibiotic drops . today it got swallen of present size . what is DX and Tx?

This pt has developed acute dacryocystitis . Try oral & topical antibiotics & oral nsaid for 2to e days. If it responds ,continue same rx . If there is no response or if it worsens , drain the abscess after fine needle puncture . It will definitely resolve .

Needs further investigations and evaluation to conclude diagnosis and line of treatment. Amoxclav 625 mg bd,p PCM ibu bd.hot moist compression. Neosporin eye oint locally.
