On walking having chest discomfort from months. No other complaints. Please comment on this ecg.

Hyperkalemia

Looks like hyperkalemia.But the point is how can anybody sustain such hyperkalemia which can cause ECG changes for one month.Needs more evaluation.E CG shown is also not complete.

First thing where is limb leads This ecg if limb leads are normal then its anteroseptal MI since ST depression with tall broader and asymtrical T wave in all precordial leads
