Oral lesions have been reported to be early clinical features of HIV infection. -Oral hairy leukoplakia, -Linear gingival erythema -Kaposi's sarcoma, -Human papilloma virus-associated warts, -Necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis -Candidiasis, -Ulcerative conditions including herpes simplex virus lesions, -Recurrent aphthous ulcers, and -Neutropenic ulcers. etc

Oral sex is “low risk” in terms of HIV transmission. That means, you probably will not get HIV from giving or receiving oral sex. Having cuts or sores in your mouth, gum disease, having a sexually-transmitted infection(STI) in your throat, or recent dental work increases your risk.

Some thoughts on HIV Infection. Most of HIV patients diagnosed are accidental and unsuspected. HIV DUO is better than plane HIV ELIASA since it also detects P24 antigen. Early detection and early ARV is important to postpond AID stage in patients infected with HIV Virus.

Useful information Yes noting early signs will help in early diagnosis so as to help the pt earliest from deadly disease.
