Pain over the right hip

Chief complaint A 53 year old female presents with pain over the right hip. The pain increases during the movement. History The patient is diabetic. No relevant past surgical history. Diagnosis Please comment on the diagnosis.


Lot of issues in xray Left hip look like RA with secondary OA Right hip femoral head and acetabular involvement,look like TB hip Right sacroilitis L5/S1 degenerative disc disease Need full evaluation MRI pelvis with both hips MRI lumbosacral spine CBC esr RA factor Uric acid Crp Mantaux test Chest xray

Pt is diabetic Head of femur rt side is disfigured and impacted in acetabulam SEVERE OA RT HIP JOINT Rx hip replacement
