Left Breast Retroareolar Lump, Lactating 30/Female

Patient 30 years Lactating Female presented to Pathology Deptt. With Left Breast retroareolar lump, Mobile, Soft to firm in consistency, Tender on palpation, meas. 0.8x0.6 cms since last 2 months, slowly growing, FNA Biopsy performed and blood mixed aspirate obtained. Milk admixed with blood came out from nipple. Probable diagnosis?
