extradural cystic lesion dural enhancement ?abscess?eosinophilic granuloma
a case of meningioma.go ahead sx excision with biopsy
epidural abscess / ? granuloma ,seizures are less likely with epidural lesions
calcified granuloma
Though lesion is epidural some changes in brain hypodensity seen in MRI

presenting a new pathology to the forum.. m/60, had head injury,was operated in small peripheral hospital ,came with heavy infection, pseudomonas resistant to all, took one month to clear, later i did cranioplasty.. came after 6 months with pus discharge, this is epidural empyema.. same organism.. had to remove bone flap and do debridement.. will need revision plasty again at a later date once infection clears
