Multiple fluid levels Intestinal obstruction Gaseous distention n dilatation

Large bowel obstruction. Do PR examintion . USG w/a . Check electrolye( Na K Ca) and RBS and KFT, amylase and lipase Maintain IVF . Put Ryle tube . Start antibiotcs( cephalosporin group plus Metronidazole)
