give anti ulcerative ayurvedic medicine 1 tab arogay verdhni vati two bd 2 sheikh pachan churan one tea spon lunch time with 250 gm dahe k sath and one tea spon ate night with warm water 3 shank bhasam 10 mg two times daily 4 syp kumari asav 20 ml two times daily 5 sahar shaktiprash powder one tra spon two times daily with milk
first role out it is acid peptic disease. give symptomatic treatment.
As far as my knowledge USG doesn't reveal APD. .... If Usg is normal u may rule out is any intestinal problm there by endoscopy n colonoscopy. .... If clinically if decide it is APD then go 4 symptomatic treatment. .. I wud suggest tab. Rabilet 20, sucralfate 1 gm tds sus. n tab. gastabid 1 bd if h. pylori inf. ..... h.pylori kit if appendicitis treat wid antibiotics
sir pls read APD. in USG diagnosis of APD is wrong. in USG intestine is not visualize clear. organ is clear visualize.
advice endoscopy. symptomatic treatment
biopsy should be done to rule malignancy ...antaacids should be given
USG is not a good Diagnostic method for APD,go for UGI endoscopy

A 26 yrs married female c/o 3mts ammenorhea with severe pelvic pain and right illiac region lower abdominal pain .her pregcolour test is negative, USG suggest mild fatty change liver rest all WNL. but TLC COUNT 11.3thousand/mm3 suggestive of inflammation. reports r attached. pls suggest diagnosis and further followup.
