Actinic chelitis with sec.Bacterial infection. Treatment.. Saline compresses, oral antibiotics,topical steroid+antibiotic cream at night. Avoidence of sun, and lip licking. Once the lesions s become better ,Apply sunscreen agents while go out in to the sun.

Which antibiotics should prefer sir....specific??

Oral Candidiasis with chelitis,stomatitis and glossitis .May be after trauma or recovery from a febrile illness. Associated anaerobic infection present. Treatment. 1 Tab Ornidazole 500 mg BD for 5days. 2 . Candid mouth paint. 3.chlorhexidine oral gargles. 4 Tab Becozyme c forte B.D for 1 month
