Its a case of pleural effusion with cardiomegaly.
Cardiomegaly with right sided pleural effusion.
PLEURAL EFFUSION RT WITH CARDIOMEGALY
Rt pleural effusion with cardiomegaly
Right lower zone consolidation with right pleural effusion. Possibly paraneumonic. Look for hepatic pathology also as aptly mentioned by Dr. Harbilas. Not sure about cardiomegaly as snap was taken obliquely.
Left anterior rotation Rt pleural effusion with underlying consolidation Usg guided diagnostic pleural tap and other routine workup Start broad spectrum antibiotics
Rt lower lobe Pnuemonia. Rt.Lateral View suggested .
Right side pneumonitis. ? Enlarged liver
