If Mr. N has chronic allergic rhinitis...then Doctor M should prescribe him LORATADINE...If acute allergic rhinitis...then should prescribe... CETRIZINE...After all CETRIZINE is more fast acting then LORATADINE

intranasal steroids is the treatment of choice in allergic rhinitis . not antihistamines . however bilastine has been showing promisig results . cetrizine should b prefered as non sedative antihistamine of choice .

Loratidine is fast acting and non sedative then cetrzn as i myself experienced

Loratidine is non sedative ...must be preferred

Cetrizine is fast acting

Cetrizine causes drowsiness.headace.may cause slight GIT disturbances. also . Loratadine has no side effects.in my self experience.
