ADVISABLE... ...... CETRIZINE.... ..IT. TAKES. APPROXIMATELY .. 20. MIN. ....IN. ONSET. OF. ACTION.... WHILE.... .... LORATADINE.... TAKES...APPROXIMATELY.. .... ONE. HOUR...

If Mr. N has chronic allergic rhinitis...then Doctor M should prescribe him LORATADINE...If acute allergic rhinitis...then should prescribe... CETRIZINE...After all CETRIZINE is more fast acting then LORATADINE

Preferably we cn use a analogue of cetirizine as levocetirizine coz it has low sedative effect then cetirizine

Laevocetrine is preferable due to its quick n effective action irrespective of severity.

Loratidine is fast acting and non sedative then cetrzn as i myself experienced

Loratidine is non sedative ...must be preferred
