Red lesions - Diagnosis?

Chief Complaint A 32 year old male presents with this type of red raised lesions in underarms, hands and back since 4-5 days History No use of any new clothes, new detergent, new soap, new cosmetic products. He wore a new vest 6-7 days back, but i don't think a vest could cause this. He is a healthy male with no underlying disease. Diagnosis Can you tell what is the diagnosis and what caused this?
