25-year-old female presents with the complaint of right iliac fossa pain for 1 day. She also had 2 episodes of vomiting. What are your comments?

A case of acute oedematous obstructive Appendicitis. Needs emergency Appendectomy after initial treatment with NPO , RT suction, IV fluids, Parenteral antibiotics

Acute Appendicitis Symptomatic treatment till reports complied and condition improve. Surgical intervention required after assessment. Regular monitoring and constant evaluation required because sometimes bursting of appendix is not not ruled out
