60yr F DM+ HTN+ on irregular treatment c/c. pain L side of head x 5days ptosis. x 5days pupils both normal size, reacting to light neurological exam NAD except B/L ankle absent. Speech & other HMF normal Sensory NAD Dx & Rx please.

This non- covid pt with uncontrolled diabetes with palatal ulcers and sino rhinal mucosal swelling which on tissue biopsy confirmed Mucormycosis. Presented with multiple cranial nerve palsy, complete painful ophthalmoplegia including ipsilateral facial palsy and multiple embolic infarcts from left ICA occlusion

Adult male having skin lesions on neck since last one year. Temp relief with medicine but no permanent relief. Now started on Tab. Fluconazole, Allegra and betnovate-GM cream. Pls suggest expert opinion on diagnosis and treatment please. Regards
