New case 52 yr old , severe nocturnal parasthesia in the hand for 6 months.She denied having any weakness.she has no known diseases in the past. On exam the findings are localised to the hands only .Hand picture is enclosed. NCV in the upper limb included What abnormality noted in the Hand? What abnormality in the available NCV studies? severe wasting of thenar muscles both sides,rt side involvement is very severe.NCV both medinan nerve stimulation failed to get any motor or sensory responses .Both ulnar motor and sensories showed normal response Imp - Severe CTS bilaterally. Ref the case to Hand surgeon.
