This is a10 yr old male c his of fever and cough 8 days.his of swelling affecting left upper and lower limb associated c pain.o/ e res distress,decreased air entry on left side c e/0 painful pitting edema of Lt upper and lower limb.joint movement restricted. left normal.CBC polymorph I nuclear leucocytosis.urine normal,renal parameters normal. dd

15 days old boy with both bilateral wristles joints and ankles joints inflamation of high grade form with sever fever, abdominal vein distension and bilateral mandibular swelling. whats is ur diagnosis and managment

38 year male presented with inability to lift both shoulder above head. neck pain present.

6 yr old female brought to clinic for acute onset of left knee swelling and pain first noticed this morning. Only other symptom is vague abdominal pain and dry cracked lips. No significant family or PMH, not taking any medicstions, no trauma, no fevers or chills, no rashes. Exam benign besides large effusion. CBC unremarkable. Thoughts?
