Tinea corporis, also known as ringworm, is a superficial fungal infection (dermatophytosis) of the arms and legs, especially on glabrous skin; however, it may occur on any part of the body. It is similar to other forms of tinea. The disease can also be acquired by person-to-person transfer usually via direct skin contact with an infected individual. Micanazole + Clobestrol + Neomycine for oral application. Itaconazole 200 mg.OD.x 2 weeks.

Obviously it is Tinea Corporis Tab fluconazole 150mg 1weekly Tab foristal1bd Oint lulliconazole locally
Tenia infection ? Steroid altered Oral Itraconazole for 1 month , followed by flucanazole 150 mg twice weekly for 2 months . Topical antifungals Avoid steroids Rule out DM, HIV

Pt. 17 years /F having dry itching near under arms and slowly spread to trunk and neck.... Pt. Took ictraconazole 200 for 21 days with Deflacort and Levocetrizine and applied BHC lotion... no recovery and having swelling in leg and Face No burning micturition ,No pallor , No acid reflux. Suggest case and Tt I conclude Eczematous Dermatitis

55 yrs male patient having this lesions on exposed parts of body from past 15 yrs...with severe itching,he is known case of DM and HTN. with tinea corporis on arms and trunk. he was treated by many doctors but not relief. is it photodermatitis? what is management?
