Tinea corporis. Tinea corporis, also known as ringworm, is a superficial fungal infection (dermatophytosis) of the arms and legs, especially on glabrous skin; however, it may occur on any part of the body. It is similar to other forms of tinea. The disease can also be acquired by person-to-person transfer usually via direct skin contact with an infected individual. Micanazole + Clobestrol + Neomycine for oral application. Itaconazole 200 mg.OD.x 2 weeks.

Obviously it is Tinea Corporis Tab fluconazole 150mg 1weekly Tab foristal1bd Oint lulliconazole locally

Tenia infection ? Steroid altered Oral Itraconazole for 1 month , followed by flucanazole 150 mg twice weekly for 2 months . Topical antifungals Avoid steroids Rule out DM, HIV
