Sebborrhic dermititis with regional lymphadenopathy Broadspectrum antibiotics orally Antiinflamatory Locally fucidin or mupirocin oint Review after one week
Diagnosis: Pyoderma: Impetigo and ecthyma Culture and sensitivity if possible. MRSA has been isolated in about 20% of cases of Impetigo. Treatment: 1 Local antibiotic like Mupirocin or Fucidic acid 2 Systemic antibiotic like Dicloxacillin with Amoxicillin Or Cephalexin. Review after 5 to 7 days.
Sebhorric dermatitis with regional lymphaenopathy
Impetigo BS antibiotics orally./ IM bd for 5 days. Antiinflammatory orally. Clean area with diluted betadine lotion apply mupirocin oint locally. Improve general health and personal hygiene. Antihistamine orally. Keto soap and shampoo locally biweekly. Keep area clean and covered with sterile gauge.
