58 yr old female , sustained a RTA with avulsion injury to rt side of face debridement and repair of medial canthal ligament and layered closure was done ( mucosa / muscle /skin) thankfully pt didn't have any fractures. Fascial trauma although dramatic , can offer pleasing results. Also healing is very good because of good vascularity.
