Spot diagnosis

3 months old baby presented with the condition as shown in the image. Present since birth. Initially it was small but gradually increasing in size. N/h/o trauma. Full term normal vaginal delivery. What is your diagnosis??

typical case of capillary haemangioma . start treatment with propranolol at 1 mg/kg/day in divided doses . gradually increase the dose to 2 mg/kg/day . look for side effects like bradycardia n hypoglycaemia .

Capillary hemangioma. Propranolol 1mg kg in two divided doses. May be increased to 2mg kg/ day

As it is correctly diagnosed as capilary hemangioma over nose, require propranolol therapy with B.P. monitering and BSL monitering. It's better to screen for Hemangioma in other organ involvement by doing USG scanning. Dr Brahmananda.
