Since swelling is soft and compressible but increasing gradually ifeel it is cystic hygroma d/d thyroglossal cyst yes usg neck and Fnac and bedside investigations are suggested

Thyroglossal cyst probably. Dd. Cystic thytomegaly.Sugg FNAC.IMAGING.TFTS.RADIOISOTOPE SCAN.BIOPSY

I don't think this should belong to a category of spot diagnosis...spot dx only for those ds which are possible..so pls don't misguide.for this pt ...proper history .investigation is required.r u able to make spot diagnosis?

- Thyroglossal cyst-- USG& FNAC Needs for further evalution. Along with Thyroid profile- may be Vocal chord palsy compression of laryngeal nerve .

? CA thyroid With Mets?? if u aspirate blood tinged brown black material ll come on needle PLS send for FNAC It history is such of long standing ant neck swelling in thyroid region Iwhat I am thinking is correct. Prognosis is bad

Looks like a vascular tumour.usg and cect scan neck will help
