Need RVG / Iopar X ray irt 26,27,28 region or OPG to rule out any periapical abscess due to tooth infection. If all teeth are normal than need biopsy of the lesion ! Mucoepidermoid carcinoma??

SUGGESTIVE. OF CRIBFORM..... ADENOID CYSTIC CARCINOMA.. NEEDS H. P. E BIOPSY..

If history of ulcer is 5 month then we have to go with opg n need biopsy of lesion
