Swelling under the tongue - Dx?

Chief Complaint A 64 y/o male presents with a swelling under the tongue. History Patient is Hypertensive & Diabetic. He is on medication for diabetes. No relevant past surgical history. Intraoral Examination On examination a smooth, pinkish blue swelling ( about 2.5 cm) was seen on the left side of the flour of mouth. Diagnosis Can you comment on it? Treatment Please advise the treatment also.
