Ecg-NSR sinus bradycardia. V1 to v3 j point elevation early repolarization. Symmetrical inverted Twave. rsR'pattern inv4 v5 leads. Dx-LBBB sub endocardial myocardial infarction old. Advise-serial ecg. 2d echo. CABG.
