Tearing, redness and irritation

A 72-year-old patient presented with the complaint of tearing, redness, and irritation in the above eye for the past year. She’s relatively healthy and is not on any topical or systemic medication. She denies past ocular injuries or surgery. How would you manage this case?

Entropian causing irritation in the eyes of there are only few eye lashes rubbing cornea can do electrolysis or may opt for entropian surgery . There is additional cortical cataract

THE RYE LOOKS VONJUDTED PUPIL IS DILATED MAY BE OPHTHALMOLOHIST HAS PUT MYDRIATIC DTOPS FOR FUNDUS EXAMINATION.THRIR IS DENSE CORTICAL CATARACT THEIR DO DLIT LAMP EXAMINATION FOR ANY CELLS IN A C OR A FLARE MEASURE IOP IIT SEEMS CATARACT IS DENSE IF ALL THE PARAMETERS ARE NORMAL NOOK PATIENT FOR CATARACT SURGERY

It looks like lental opacity probably traumatic though the patient denying any history along with entropion with trichiasis

It's entropion of lower lid Reffered to oculoplasty

There seems to be mild entropion with lashes rubbing on the cornea. I think it should be corrected first
