Testicular mass
A 63 y/o male complains of hard mass in the right testicle region for 1 month. No prior history of any such complaint in past. He has history of lung cancer for which he underwent chemo 10 years back. Physical examination shows large ulcerated & necrotic mass in the right testicular region. Tumour markers negative. Advise your opinion on management.

Fungating CA testis . Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude particularly tissue biopsy .

A 62 years k/c DMT2 old chronic bidi smoker male patient admitted with c/o diffiulty in breating , cough,coryza since last 2 days. K suplimented but horseness does not improved . so what next ????
