Testicular mass

A 63 y/o male complains of hard mass in the right testicle region for 1 month. No prior history of any such complaint in past. He has history of lung cancer for which he underwent chemo 10 years back. Physical examination shows large ulcerated & necrotic mass in the right testicular region. Tumour markers negative.
