27 yr lady came with lesion.as shown in images.itching and swelling present.gradually it increasing in size.diagnosis and treatment plz??

lesions since 4 days progressive involving whole body except face associated with extreme itching with no history of drug intake, insect bite and any irritant exposure...

70 year old male with bilateral lymph oedema of leg from many years. Has this kind if chronic skin lesions from 3 to 4 years in leg. Recently developed fluid filled blisters over top of the lesions. Mild pain present. Patient has no other co morbidity. Current using fusidine ointment and healex spray for the lesion. Kindly diagnosis and advice the treatment.

13/yr old girl having this type of lesione since 15days Itching+ , no other compline Plz give your valuable Dx tx ....

What is the diagnosis for these lesions? Do you know?
