This 46/m was brought in emergency in intubated state.he had h/o high grade fever 22 days back,after that he was well,on 20th day he had multiple episodes of seizure in early morning.he was admitted in 5 Pvt hospitals.csf wnl,mri wnl ,ct WNL.on examination no neck rigidity,plantar rt extensor and lt NE.he is given inj phosphenytoin,inj levers,inj lacosamide,inj valprol and tab clobazam.he had peculiar eye movements.kindly comment on diagnosis and treatment.he is hypertensive and in sepsis.sensitive to only colistin
