This is a 35-year-old famale patient who is suffering from throat infection with pain for one and a half years. Pain refers towards jaw and head. The patient has low grade fever, loss of appetite, and dysphagia. No history of hypertension or diabetes. The patient is a nonsmoker. No passive smoking. No tobacco use. There is a piece just like cartilage seen in the throat ? Trachea. Please help with the diagnosis and better treatment.
