This patient presented with history of pulsatile hemicranial headache with photophobia , phonophobia, and radiation of the pain to neck and bilateral shoulders . x ray attached. CT Brain was normal

Yes fused or block vertebrae c4c5 And hence cervical spondylitis But dear dr Saumya Mittal Nature of headache is vascular headache ie migraineous With photophobia suggest likely TIA I will go for MRA to r/o cerebral aneurysm or a v fistula

Why was cervical spine xray advised? History is typical of vascular headache

Sir might be the cervical lesion caused inflammatory reaction wich trigger migraine attack
