Agreed it is a c/o typical tenia corporis et cruri Sir pt has too much hairy skin and looks too obese Sweating at workout All are aggravating factors For better results need to shave him periodically before local applications So also adv to stop workout in excess or to take care by frequent dusting talcum Rest oral and local antifungals for 2months So happy to learn about your kids god bless them my best wishes for them

Tinea Corporis. Canditral 200- ODPC 28 days. Lulibet ointment (1%)- apply locally BDPC 28 days. Tab Levocet 5- BDPC 5 then SOS. Kz soap . Famtac 40. VIZYLAC rich cap- BDPC 15 days. Keep the places dry. Proper personal hygiene. Investigation: blood for FBG PPBG LFT Review 2 weekly.

Cap itraconazole 200 mg twice for 7 days, then once for next 7 days Ketoconazole lotion twice for 15 days then once daily for next 15 days Moisturizers once or twice daily Ketoconazole soap

Dermatophytosis Tenia cruris Tab itraconazole and terbinafin pulse therapy . Personal hygiene and loose undergarments in view of ventilation.

Fungal infection. Line of treatment is the same as what Dr.Sanjayji has posted.
