Tenea infection. Bath with Ketaconazole soap. Apply Micanazole + Clobetasol + Salicylic acid ointment. It's console 200 mg tan 1 tab OD.x4 weeks. Allegra 180.mg 1 tab OD.x 7 days.. Alovera Gel + Vit-E at bed time.

fungal infection you had not written the prakriti of patient but you can give bakayan swaras 10ml empty stomach with 40 ml 0f water added in it. use karang oil for massage there and manjista 2.50gm herb and haridra2.50 gm after meal two times a day. give 30ml of arend oil with warm milk at night for 4 days.
Maintain personal hygiene and daily changing & washing of inner wear must be practised.

Age of 26 yr M patient came in my OPD. Severe itching On Buttock and B/L knees. He is taking treatment from last 2 years. Orally traconazole,Terbinafine,Grisofulvin,Atarax, Fluconazole,Levcetrizine etc Topical Ketoconazole,Luliconazole,Terbinafine,etc All Antifungul Medications has been taken.
