A male patient of age 40years working as sales man presenting with the above complaint with severe itching..Kindly give the diagnosis.

20 year old male patient Occupation Student but worked in own farm C/o Itching Burning sensation Since yesterday All these complaints developed when he exposed to chemical based fertilizer, took avil but not get relief O/E Weight 62kg BP 110/80mmhg Prakriti Pitta Vataja Koshtha Samanya Agni Teevra Mala Mutra Pravratti Samanya Nindra Samanya I have diagnosed this case as Sheetpitta And advised Sheetpitta Bhanjana Rasa + Giloy Satva + Avipattikar Churna Mahamanjishthadi Kashaya 20ml BD with equal quantity of water Khadiradi Vati 1 tab BD Kamdudha Rasa (Mukta Yukta) 1 tab BD Panchatikta Ghrita Guggulu 1 tab BD Local application of Panchanimbadi Tailam Educated about Pathya-Apathya and Nidana Parivarjana Advised to drink adequate quantity of water Also advised to avoid chemical based bathing products Please share your valuable opinion on this case.....

Pt. is poor & not affordable , acc to dosh dusti started Irrimedadi oil gandush & Chandraprabha vati during Annakal. Sharing photos after 1 month had good result .
