Treatment of Oral Cancers - A Snapshot

45 year old pt with ristricted mouth opening and have ulcer from 6 month

65 years old male addict of snuff, ex Huqqa smoker, having parkinson like tremors(Family history of tremors too) with these lesions since 15 days. also there is hard mass palpable below lower chin and oral cavity lesions also. whats 1st impression?

33 yo male who smokes hookah presents with a irritation of the tongue for the past 3 days. He stated that he had a sensation that something was on his tongue and he needed to swallow. He decided to brush his tongue a couple days ago which is when he stared noticing the above lesion. PMH is significant for melanoma in the mother. Patient is worried about oral cancer. What are the differentials?

GM respected Dr,s my relative was diagnosed with soft palate cancer(oral cancer) age 65/m. some Dr,s advising for chemo and radio and some for surgery.differnt dr different opinion.so plz advise me proper treatment and dr, hospital and city.thank you.
