A 32 year old female presented to OPD with complaints of headaches, vomiting, giddiness from last several days History Had taken treatment from a doctor who had prescribed coenzyme Q, Levericetam 500 BD and other multivitamins Investigations MRI and CBC attached Management Kindly give your opinion regarding line of management for this patient

Sol in thalamo capsular region with perilesional swelling Likely more of tuberculoma Confirm by anaemia and low hematocrait Adv esr and mt Adv ATT

D/D Tuberculoma Glioma Start ATT after 2-3 months of treatment see the size of lesion and see for symptoms if improved continue ATT otherwise had to go for surgery for glioma

Treatment is with high dose steroids and continuation of antituberculous therapy, often for a prolonged course. Surgery has been used in isolated cases. Tuberculomas should be considered in patients with TB presenting with focal neurology or signs of raised intracranial pressure, even when established on treatment.

Xray chest short period steroid anti epileptic ? anti tubercular ?? Albendazole and symtomatic
