Cellular smears, discohesive large cells with high n:c tatio, nuclear pleomorphism & INIs noted. P/O * High grade malignant lesion. Advised correlation with mammography & biopsy to look for occult primary & lymphatic invasion respectively, to categorise it as Inflammatory carcinoma. However possibilities are : * High suspicion of DCC. * Amelanotic Melanoma. * Metastatic deposits. * Cutaneous Lymphoma. Thus biopsy & IHC become essential for further evaluation.

Highly malignant smears What are those intranuclear inclusions?? Are they artefacts

These inclusions are present in many other cells allover the smear, dont seem to be artefect
