update after treatment for 4to5 days for pre renal failure interesting point to discuss his urine reports both times showing hematuria asymptomatic and no renal pathology as he is diabetic neither uti nor calculus nor h/o any ailment suggesting painless asymptomatic hematuria your esteemed opinions

Coagulation profile should be done.. Pt is mod controlled dibetic.. So chances of dibetic nephropathy with complicated UTI/cystitis.. As urine protein, urine RBC suggests. A culture should be taken

Patient is diabetic, blood urea and s creatinine raised, patient has asymptotic haematuria. It is a case of diabetic nephropathy UTI, may be tubercular, please do urine c&s, proper control of diabetes.

Coagulation profile should be done.. Probably. is mod controlled diabetic.. So chances of diabetes nephropathy with complicated UTI/Cystitis. H

Renal tuberculosis too is a mostly undiagnosed possibility which presents with sterile hematuria..

Not sure about diagnosis. Urine culture sensitivity,coagulation profile,look for any intake of antiplatelets,control of bp and sugars(with insulin). And do urine pcr.

PT Aptt INR RFT LFt CT kub and hba1c urine for pcr for r/o tb

Cect abd pelvis to rule out ca ub..?urine for malignancy?

It may be UTI.. Urine culture might help in diagnosis
