Linchen Planus Chronicus is first impression. Apart from this i would recommknd HP to rule out melignency.. Lichen simplex chronicus (LSC) is a localized, well-circumscribed area of thickened skin (lichenification) resulting from repeated rubbing, itching, and scratching of the skin. It can occur on normal skin of individuals with atopic, seborrheic, contact dermatitis, or psoriasis. Multiple Squamous Cell Carcinoma Over Lichen Simplex Chronicus must be rule out for such poor hygined and malneutritioned patient..

Poor oral hygiene with LP hard palate Anemia LPC/Diabetic Dermopathy Rule out Diabetes With all required hematological investigations to conclude
