alleged ho RTA fall from 2 wheeler pt was aged 26 male ho right ear bleed ho unconscious since then gcs E1M4VT haemodynamics stable interpret CT findings and management

Left temporal contusion ,small SDH left temporal with left tentorial SDH with brain edema and compression of left lateral and 3rd ventricle.Mild contusion rt temporal also. Conservative management at present with neurosurgery ICU monitoring. Rept brain 24hrs .Neurosurgical documentation .

There is depression in skull in temporal and parietal region with subcutaneous hematoma rt side Likely #craneium Plain xrays will be more helpful No intracerebral hemorrhage or any pathology seen

Left temporal lobe contusion with small SDH it had caused compression of ipsilateral ventricular system His Glasgow coma score is very low and not explained by the injury visualised on CT which indicates that more of it is caused by edematous brain tissue so there is a good chance of recovery Decompression surgery would help in preventing the ischaemic damage caused oedematous brain tissue and cause early recovery

Right fronto parietal scalp injury . Left temporal lobe contusion , with brain edema . Left lateral ventricles effaced. Left tentorial SDH . Observation, anti edema measures , NEURO opinion
