What is dx/Rx

62/ female has come to opd with H/0 swelling both hands for more than 1yr Chief Complaints Only pain, no fever, no h/0 injury History Kco DM HTN x5 Years, on regular treatment Vitals Stable Physical Examination Non tender, Swollen mid inter phalangeal joints of both hand fingers, also first MCP lt hand now Diagnosis Dx? Rx?

Rheumatoid Arthritis..? Management.. Tab methotrexate.. While there's no cure for rheumatoid arthritis, physiotherapy and medication can help slow the disease's progression. Most cases can be managed with a class of medications called anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDS).. Hydroxychloroquine is an antimalarial drug which is relatively safe and well-tolerated agent for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

? RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS .. NEED'S .. CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL EVALUATION..WITH .. HEMOGRAM .. RA FACTOR.. URIC ACID .. CRP .. X-RAY STUDY.. MEANWHILE TREAT SYMPTOMATICALLY.

Rheumatoid Arthritis. NSAID orally. Methotrexate. Hydroxychloroquine ( HCQ ) physiotherapy. PPI. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and rheumatologist opinion.
