What is the best treatment of migraine in Ayurveda?
Rx Abhaydi qwath BD. Sanshamni vati 2BD. Panchsakar powder HS for 2 to 3 week, (abhaydi qwath : ek glass pani me 2 Chamach abhyadi kadha(bhuka) dalke ubalna he, 1/3 baki rahe tab usko chhanke 1 chamch cow ghee dalke lukewarm pina he.) panchsakar powder 1/4 or 1/3 teaspoon (rat ko sote samay lukewarm pani ke sath powder ka dose itna lena he jisase subah ek ua 2 bar motion aaye.) khane ke 3 time ko mis nahi karna he. aur khane ke bich me pani pina he.(.1 -2 nivale khana khake ek.ghunt pani, ese khana khatam karna he, daily 3 time ye karna he.)
आयुर्वेद में इसे अर्ध भेदक कहते हैं। चिकित्सा संबंधी योग,,,, रोगी को सुबह गर्म जलेबी खिलाएं सूर्य उदय से पूर्व। तगर 50 ग्राम जटामांसी 25 ग्राम लेकर दोनों का पाउडर बनाकर 5 ग्राम सुबह और 5 ग्राम शाम को सेवन कराएं। निश्चित रूप से लाभ होगा। योग परिक्षित है। पिछले 40 वर्ष से प्रयोग कर रहा हूं।
Migraine in most of the patients is because of acidity or exposure to sunlight..though many other causes can be there too.avoid large gaps in meals ... Add godanti bhasma ,solid,shirshoolvajra ras,cephagrain ..but if attack comes within first 15minutes take medicine else it will be difficult to handle

40yrs age female pt has pain in epigastric area on & off since 1 yrs which become sever since a month . only asso. complain is vomiting when pain starts . o/e tenderrness ++++ in epigastric region . ct scan report is on way. which blood reports are must on base of provisional DX ?
