Pirox. Orally and. Locally.
Etorcoxib 90 OD Calcium OD tab Vit D3 every Sunday

23 yr old male patient.. complaints of scaling of both palm with mild burning sensation on exposure to sunlight, detergents and heat since 2months which gradually developed. Also he develops crack on thumbs and fingers. He works as part time labour on building construction work. He has not taken any treatment till now. please advice what to prescribe ... or to refer for dermatologist opinion.

my father can't able to walk fast.. when he try to walk , he can walk by very small steps.. his age 66, known case of htn and facial neuralgia.. take lossartan and oxcarbemezepin 300mg b.d.regularly.. mri brain nad, emg normal, some experts diagnosis nph,or gait initiation apprexia, or polyneropthy....or parkinsonism.. syndopa plus for parkinsonism, csf withdrawn done for nph, steroids for neuropathy but not lmprovment so Pl tell me sir about his diagnosis and treatment.. also take opinion of orthopaedic but not found any orthopaedic cause
