Drooping eye. Abnormal low-lying or drooping upper-eyelid. Ptosis may result from damage to the nerve that controls the muscles of the eyelid, problems with the muscle strength (as in myasthenia gravis), or from swelling of the lid. Recommended surgery. Glasses that can hold the eyelid up, called a ptosis crutch, are another option. This treatment is often most effective when the droopy eyelid is only temporary. Glasses may also be recommended if you aren't a good candidate for surgery.

This is perhaps crytophthalmos. The condition is extremely rare. The skin passes continuously from the eyebrow over the hidden eye to the cheek.
