72 y/o female presented with large, irregular, mostly superficial and ulcerated red and white lesion on the left lateral and ventral surfaces of tongue of unknown duration. It was diagnosed as traumatic ulcer and tooth was smoothed out 3 weeks back with no resolution to the tongue lesion. The patient complained of pain. What are differentials?

A 36 year old male presented with the white lesions over the tongue for 1 month duration. Examination shows Irregular, thickened tongue lesions involves the dorsal and lateral surfaces. No pain or burning. What is the diagnosis and Rx?
