What is this fistula?

Chief Complaint A 76 y/o female presents with pain in the right posterior mandible. History Patient has h/o osteoporosis. Investigations Extraoral examination shows cutaneous fistula with pus & blood oozing. Intraoral examination shows small ulcer & fistula. Diagnosis What are your views on diagnosis? Treatment Please advise treatment.

SUGGESTIVE. OF... PATHOLOGICAL FRACTURE ...... MANDIBLE WITH FRAGMENTS. OF LARGE. BONY SEQUESTRATION..... SECONDARY. TO... ...*OSTEOPOROSIS*....

In X-ray there is foci Of infection seen in right mandible and suggestive of patient may have any trauma earlier & due to trauma, infection could have present in latent form and eventually fracture at the site so need for repair of fractured mandible & drainage with antibiotic coverage
